Amazingly, I seem to work more efficiently while out the home, when I spend most part of the day having fun with my kid.</description>

		<description>I already know that exercise helps energize my body.  Often I go for a 1 or 2 mile run to &quot;wake up&quot; my body.  If I am tired a run helps energize me and clears my mind.  In the winter (an summer too), I am usually not that interested in going to the club for a work out so I am excited to learn new habits about ways to use weights, Pilates ball, exercises and nutrition to improve focus and be more productive.  I know it works, I am just not in the habit of doing it every day.
