		<description>Enjoyed this nutrition tip.

We cook on Saturday for the week. This way we can have leftovers each lunch and evening.  We BBQ chicken, cut up 3 pineapples, make some enchiladas or stuffed bell peppers, and other chicken based low fat recipes.
It saves a lot of time during the busy week.
Lucky for us, we make a double recipe of one or two items and trade a dish or two with my wife&#039;s twin sister every week.  Sometime we get pulled pork and BBQ sauce for BBQ pork sandwiches. 

I usually get a small steak one day for lunch or for an Saturday night for my special treat.  We are not vegetarians and even have bacon or once a month or so when we go out for breakfast.

I am eating salad every day for lunch with basil and spinach and your tutelage is helping reinforce the need to drink water and eat more vegetables.  I even opened a can of green beans for an evening snack the other day.

Thanks so much for doing this challenge.  It is really helping change the habits and for some reason I seem to be getting more done on my business.  Could be the increased brain power or focus, not really sure.

I do not want to loose any weight, just have less fat and more muscle.
