		<description>Wow! These are really cool workout tips.  I adjust the work outs a bit based on a little tear in my knee meniscus, yet find that the more I work out the better my body feels.  It&#039;s like if you are all tired, stiff or sore, a work out fixes it by getting the blood flowing.
I am up past 30 minutes on using the Pilate&#039;s ball for a desk chair and looking forward to having the core strength to use all day long.

SinceI work up to 15 hours a day in the home office because that is what I love to do.  How many hours do you suggest going before re-energizing with a quickie work out?</description>
