They&#8217;ll hit pause on their mp3 player or bookmark a page so they can apply a new exercise technique or recipe. They seize the moment of inspiration and take immediate action. They&#8217;re not waiting for tomorrow, or Monday to come before they take action. They take action NOW! That&#8217;s why these are the people who become successful at reaching their body transformation goals.<br />
