Hi Vani, the audios are up and working now. There was site maintenance going on that interfered with the audio player.

Good question Ann. That's a reason alright... but I'm sure that you can come up with better ones that mean even more to you.

Hi. I really liked the audio, especially the part about imagining yourself in the body you want when you wake up. It really felt good inside. Haha. I have a question though. Is it a good enough reason to want to lose weight and look better if you want people who dumped you or rejected you to see what they're missing? Haha.

Woo hoo Cyndie!

The key to success is awareness and you are now aware of your thoughts. This is worth celebrating. It's seriously a big achievement.

What you have experienced is very common. It's time that we get rid of those guilty feelings. We'll be talking about this in the audios that you will hear over the next few days.

It's great to connect with you Cyndie. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated.

Wow what a great Audio! I really felt like I was being talked to directly listening to this. It was so much of the things I do right now. The emotional eating, the feeling horrible and disgusted after the fact :( and just the overall thinking that we do..... its a have to do process, not a want to do process. Its a constant struggle for me. I am not completely over weight but have been trying to lose my last 20 pounds for like more than a year now. The problem for me has never been exercise, but a constant battle with food. I am that person who gets bored and sits in front of the TV eating without being aware of how much until after the fact.

Then I begin feeling totally digusted when Im done and beat myself up for days because of it. After I listened to this Audio it was a schock that I never realized my mindset and how I think about the food. It was a total wake up call for me and really made me realize what the heck I am doing. So many things that were said in this audio made so much sense to me. I never thought about it in the way it was talked about here. For that I am very grateful that you have given me the oppurtunity to listen to this. I do believe I just woke up and had an Ah Ha!!! moment. Thank you so very much for giving me this oppurtunity and I believe this is going to be a new start for me just by listening to this. Thank you so very much..........
Sincerely Cyndie

Wow! Great response Jessica. I love it!!!

You touched on some great points. We should eat to the point of satisfaction. There's no need to feel full or stuffed. Eat to live, not live to eat ;)

Home workouts rock! I haven't been to the gym in months. I'll be holding you accountable to getting back into the routine.

Mindset is key. I'm so glad that you've recognized this and are ready to improve upon it.

Hi, I'm a 25 year old who grew up and lives in New Orleans, so I know first hand about FOOD! Deep fried, covered in cheese or powdered sugar, that's pretty much the menu down here;) I've lost 15 pounds in a month and a half solely from some home workout videos of mine that combine cardio and weights. I joined a gym, but haven't been in a month. I'm starting again tomorrow morning, 5am! But I've been looking to kick my weight loss into high gear by signing up for articles like these. (No nonsense, down to earth, and realistic)

I agree 200% on changing the way you think. You absolutely must change your mindset. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change!

I was definitely an automatic type of personality when it came to food. I never thought before I ate about the calories, carbs & fat that was ruining my body image & basically, my life! If you're not happy with yourself, you're not happy with anything else! With establishments serving liquor through a drive thru window in New Orleans, it's pretty easy to develop a drive thru habit with alcohol. I would drink daquiris a few times a week, and that was empty calorie city!! Now I only drink 1 daquiri on the weekend, not 3 or 4 over the course of 7 days;) Baby steps lol

I love the point you made about eating only when you're truly hungry. A little trick of mine is when I'm eating, I stop not when I'm full, but when I'm NOT HUNGRY anymore! It works so well. If people could only eat until they're not hungry, they would be surprised that they were in fact full, and didn't need to "stuff" themselves.

Another great point you made that overeating or emotional eating is only a temporary solution that breeds a permanent problem (FAT) Also, when you two discussed breathing, it really hit home. Give those muscles the oxygen they need! I just recently learned to breathe the correct way while doing my ST. At the end of each workout, I take 2 deep cleansing breaths, lifting my arms to inhale and lowering them to exhale. It really does make a world of difference!

Sorry for the long response, but there's so much to be learned and taken from this free, informative, and motivating article! (That it's all about your mindframe) Thanks again!
