		<description>Thanks Scott.  I just read through your report and that&#039;a really interesting take on it.  It is inspiring to see thousands of people get off the couch and participate in a 5k or 10k race when there&#039;s a cause being supported.  You also talked about some division within the community of people that offer weight loss solutions.  That&#039;s a real problem.

One of the issues I see is that there&#039;s a disconnect between general principles and specific execution.  For example, there are some general principles, like metabolism, and diet basics, that will help people decide what to eat and how to boost their metabolism.  Too many of the products focus on how one specific person executed on those general principles instead of teaching the general principles.  Like you said, each person needs to figure out what will work for them, so they need some knowledge in the first place.

And I think what I keep hearing you say is that the first bit of knowledge that someone needs may not be about physiology.  WE NEED MOTIVATION!
