		<description>Yes I do use whole eggs as well. I have 2-3 whole eggs each day and you&#039;re right that the yolk is where most of the nutrients are.

But when you eat as many eggs as I do you need to use a lot of whites because the yolks also contain most of the calories. 16 whole eggs would mean that I wouldn&#039;t be able to eat much else throughout the day.</description>
