I believe that success leaves clues and in the video that I’m about to share with you, you’ll find a boat load of clues as to what it really takes to achieve success in all areas of life.

All the best workout programs and diet plans are of no use to you if you don’t believe in yourself, believe in your goals, and believe that you deserve to achieve the biggest goals that you can dream up. I watched this video twice on my own yesterday and once with Angie.

This video is a combination of clips from interviews of actor/rapper Will Smith. Prepare to get fired up and become the best you that you can be!

Unstoppable Beliefs and Attitudes

Success certainly does leave clues and in my opinion, Will Smith is one of the most successful people out there. It’s not because he’s been in several hit movies, had several hit songs, or had a hit television show. It’s not because he’s created financial success…

…Will Smith is one of the most successful people out there because he has achieved success in all areas of life. He has created financial success. If you have seen him in movies and take a look at his picture, he’s definitely had success in transforming his body. He’s also successful in life with a wonderful family and making a difference in other peoples lives.

I have heard people say that you shouldn’t have just one role model for everything in life. I’ve been told that you should have a role model who has achieved the success that you want in career, you should have a role model who has successfully achieved the kind of body and physical fitness that you desire, and you should have role models who exemplify the life goals that you plan on achieving.

I can agree with that to an extent, but it’s always great to have a role model who has achieved the kind of success that you want to achieve in all areas of life.

One of the best things that I’ve done has been hiring mentors who are in incredible shape and take care of their health, they’ve achieved great financial and business success, and they live a wonderful lifestyle and make a great and wonderful difference in many peoples lives.

I don’t want to be exactly like them, but they provide me with the belief of what is possible and they’re ‘clues’ or blueprints can be used to guide me on the path to what I define as success for myself.

Here are some of the very important takeaways from this inspirational video:

“Love life! It’s infectious… you can’t fake that”

I loved hearing that because I absolutely love life and I know that every time I say, “Life ROCKS!” it brightens someone’s day and causes them to spread it to others whom they come in contact with throughout the day.

“Greatness is not elusive. It’s something that truly exists in all of us.”

This couldn’t be more true. It’s not luck. Greatness may be a gift, but it’s a gift that we all have.

“This is what I believe and I’m willing to die for it”

There are some goals that you are not necessarily going to be willing to ‘die’ for, but it’s this attitude of being willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill your dreams and make them become a reality.

“We make the situation more complex than it has to be.”

How true is that? Very True! Especially when it comes to fat loss. Over-complicating fat loss has been something that I’ve discussed many times before. You spend so much time in search of the advanced techniques and strategies, yet you haven’t mastered the fundamentals because when you hear them you think to yourself, “It can’t be that easy.”

“We didn’t grow up with the sense that where we were was where we were going to be. Where we were almost didn’t matter because we were becoming something greater.”

Now that’s some incredibly powerful words of wisdom right there. Right now you are becoming the best you that you can be. It doesn’t matter that you have struggled with your weight… what matters is that you are developing and mastering the skills that are making you sculpt your body and achieve amazing health and vitality.

“Where I excel at is ridiculous sickening work ethic.”

If you want to achieve success you have got to be willing to work hard and give it everything that you’ve got. No more of this going through the motions crap!

“Dedicating yourself to being better every single day!”

Now this is something that I talk about frequently as well. I even mention it in my 3 Sneaky Fat Loss Tricks presentation. Focusing on growth is one of the greatest keys to success.

My dad told me, “Don’t you ever tell me that there’s something that you can’t do”.

That’s the best advice that a parent could ever tell their child!

This is one of my favorite parts of the video…

“Lay one brick at a time. You don’t set out to build a wall. I’m going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. You do that every single day and soon you have a wall.”

Wow! Now that’s powerful! You can set your big ambitious goal, have the deadline. Know your powerful why. But it’s important to have a plan and fulfill each step of that plan to the best of your personal abilities.

Each workout, each cardio session, each meal, and each journal entry are all individual steps in your plan for sculpting the body that you deserve. Each of those steps are worthy of the greatest effort that you can put forth. When you are performing each step, be in that moment. That moment is just as important or even more important than your ultimate goal.

“Focus on making a difference. I want the world to be better because I was here. If you are not making someone else’s life better, you are wasting your time. You’re life will become better by making other peoples lives better.”

Not a day goes by where I don’t receive an email, comment on my blog, or comment in my forum from someone who mentions that something myself or Angie did or said that made a positive difference in their life. This drives me to continue becoming even better than who I am. Knowing that my work and actions are making a positive difference in other peoples lives is the most rewarding thing that drives me forward.

Represent possibilities. I believe that I can create whatever I want to create. Before anyone else can believe it, you have to believe it.

This is also something that drives me every day. I want to be the best role model possible for my children and show them that there are limitless possibilities available for them.

It’s to the point where if I say that something is impossible my kids immediate tell me, “But dad, you said that nothing is impossible.” This forces me to think of ways to make what I once thought impossible become possible.

There’s no reason to have a plan B because it distracts from plan A.

This is a very intriguing point. I’m sure that you’ve heard that you should always have a back up plan, but have you ever thought that having a back up plan almost assumes that you will fail and as Will says, “Distracts you from your initial plan.”

Being prepared for obstacles, challenges, and setbacks is a good strategy in my mind, but don’t focus on it. Don’t give it too much attention. Focus on achieving the goal that you are aiming for.

There’s a certain delusional quality that all successful people have to have. You have to believe that something different than what has happened can happen.

I have had my fair share of failures and it drives me nuts whenever I share a goal with someone and they turn around and say, “Didn’t you try that before and fail?” Yes I did fail, but that was before and this is now. Here’s what I learned from that failure and here’s why the outcome is going to be different this time!

Confucius: “He who says he can and he who says he can’t are usually both right.”

Nuff said

Nothing is unrealistic. Being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity. It just seems like a ridiculous idea to embrace the idea that it’s not going to happen.

I’ve been told many times that my goals were unrealistic and proven those naysayers wrong. Setting ‘Realistic’ goals is something that I’m sure you’ve heard before. But it’s not necessarily the goal that’s realistic as it is the deadline.

Someone who is 100 pounds overweight may not believe that it’s realistic that they could get in such incredible shape where they could step on stage and compete in a figure competition. It may not be realistic to try and achieve that goal in 6 months, but given 18 months of hard work and dedication to your goals and dreams, it becomes very realistic.

If we dream it… that’s a physical thrust to making it happen.

Everything starts with a thought. That’s physical. You just need to follow that ‘physical thought’ with physical action.

You have a choice in what happens rather than waiting to be effected

This is a good one! Are you sitting back and waiting for life to happen to you or are you making life happen?

Attack your fears. I’m motivated by fear.

Fear of failure can stop you dead in your tracks. If you are afraid that you’ll sabotage yourself, become motivated to overcome that sabotage and attack that fear head on!

Protect your dream. Don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t do something. You have a dream you have to protect it. If people can’t do something themselves they want to tell you that you can’t do it. If you want something go get it… Period!

If you haven’t watched “The Pursuit of Happyness” watch it today.

Don’t allow anyone to shoot down your dreams and that includes YOU! Don’t you dare doubt your abilities to make your dreams become a reality.

If you want to sculpt the body and life that you deserve… do it and don’t let anything stop you.

Now go out there and achieve your goals!

To achieving your limitless potential,

This is a ‘leaked’ video from his upcoming program, “Your Attitude Sucks”… I love that title The video is a bit long (40 minutes) but it is well worth it. I usually click off a page when I see a video that long, but Frank and Scott Sandland had my full attention for the complete 40 minutes.

How To Explode Your Productivity

By the way, Frank also includes home office fitness into his workday to boost his productivity, energy, and focus.

Frank is one of the most down to Earth guys that I know and has an incredible grasp on what’s really important in life. As you’ll hear in the video above, what matters most to Frank is FREEDOM! Not just financial freedom, but the freedom to do what he wants in life. If you don’t have your health you’ll never truly be free.

I’ll never forget the first presentation that I watched Frank give at an Internet Marketing conference. His story of perseverance inspired me and he’s been a role model of mine ever since.

A really key point to take from this video is, “What motivates others may not motivate you”. Don’t try to keep up with the Jones’. Just become the best YOU that you can be and follow your passions and go after the goals that have greater meaning to you and fall in line with your life’s purpose.

Frank and Scott get into a great discussion a the beginning of the video about purchasing an information product, whether it be a diet book or business building book, and not following through with the information before moving onto the next program or book. Can you relate to that?

I encourage you to take the time to watch the entire video. There’s great conversations about FEAR, success, and much more.

I’d love to hear your thoughts about the video and any tips that really hit home with you. Share your comments in the box below and let us know what you think.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

The topic is Make Sure Your Priorities Are In Whack. Here’s an excerpt from the post…

“Did you know that Jimmy exercises like every day?! Seriously. He makes it a priority. While the rest of us are slowly but surely developing “Computer Butt” – he’s in the best shape of his life.

Is it because he’s got more than 24 hours in a day? Nope. It’s because he’s got his priorities “in whack”.

I used to be a total gym rat. I loved exercising!

However, once I started my online business, I’ve made excuses why I couldn’t exercise regularly (for the last 4 years). I’ve had to become the primary breadwinner (and now the sole breadwinner) in our family so I told myself that I didn’t have the time to get into shape or take care of myself or … shower. (eew! I know.)

I should have just hung a sign on the door that said “Computer Butt Welcome Here”. Because it came whether I liked it or not.”

One of the secrets to many successful entrepreneurs is that they incorporate exercise into their workday. It improves their quality of work, energy, focus, time management, and helps them get more done in less time.

What you may not realize (or maybe you have but haven’t begun to put it into practice) is that making your health the #1 priority in your life will have a positive impact on your business and quality of time with your family.

Health is my #1 priority. I don’t ‘fit in’ my home office workouts. I schedule my day around my home office workouts because I know the impact that it will have on my business, fitness, and life.

Health should be your #1 priority for the reasons that I’ve listed below and many more.

1) What good is wealth if your quality of life sucks and you can’t enjoy the riches that you’ve earned?
2) A quick fitness break will improve your quality of work, time management, productivity, energy, and focus.
3) Bottom line: quick home office workouts help you get more done in less time
4) You’ll have more energy at the end of the day to play with your kids and do the things that you love
5) Fit and healthy entrepreneurs create more networking opportunities.
6) Think about why you started your home business. It wasn’t to spend hours in front of the computer, neglect your family, and live in a prison of your own making. Chance are, you started your home business to create freedom in your life and spend more time with your family.

I encourage you to read the entire post that Nicole did on Jimmy D. Brown’s blog. It’s a fantastic read and it may provide you with the motivation to make your health a priority right up there with wealth.

I also recommend that you check out Nicole Dean’s Success Cast. She recently interviewed me and I’ve got to tell you… it was an emotionally charged call that not only brought tears to our eyes, but made us laugh as well. I shared a lot about my life as well as some great home business strategies.

I recommend that you find role models like Jimmy D. Brown who have found the secret to creating a balanced and successful lifestyle. Isn’t that what you’re after?

Jimmy’s also got a wonderful report called, “Homepreneur Habits: How To Run A Successful Home Business“. This is a must read for every home business owner.

So, are your priorities in whack? Are you ready to make fitness a top priority in your life and business? Has the 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge been helping you to easily incorporate fast, fun fitness into your day?

I sincerely believe that balance is possible in life when you have your priorities straight. The purpose of Fat Loss Quickie is to transform your business, fitness, and life. This isn’t about some crash course diet, or time sucking fitness program. It’s a practical approach to your busy homepreneur lifestyle.

Today is the day that you begin moving towards the amazing life that you’ve been envisioning for years. You deserve it. Your dream life is waiting for you. Go for it!

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

Chances are, these are the same people that you asked to hold you accountable to your goals yesterday. Here’s the best way to gain their support…

1) Share your specific goals with your supportive peers.

2) Share the reasons why you want to achieve your goals and why achieving your goals would mean the world to you.

3) This one is a biggie! Share how they can best support you. If you are asking someone to support you, yet you haven’t defined how they can support you, it’s going to be difficult for them to read your mind and provide you with the best support possible.

Let them know if you respond better to negative criticism or positive words of encouragement. For example, if Angie catches me with my hands in the cookie jar I want her to tell me, “Hey tubby, why are you putting that poison in your body?” I respond well to that. It may be extreme, but it works for me. Yet that same method could cause you to crawl into a shell and go on an all out binge. If your support group doesn’t know this, they could end up doing more harm than good.

Here’s some examples of how you can let your support group know how they can help you the best… If you are calling upon your spouse for support, and you do not do well with junk in the house, let them know that they can support you best by not bringing junk food into the house, and if they do, they should hide it and not tell you about it.

Let your spouse or partner know how they will benefit when you achieve your goal. You’re gain in confidence, and leaner physique can provide your relationship with a wonderful boost and rekindle your love connection.

When it comes to asking your friends for support, let them know that they are actually sabotaging you when they say, “Why are you eating that rabbit food” or “Come on, have a beer… you only live once”. Tell them that you know that you only live once and you would rather live the best quality of life possible with the most energy possible and getting drunk and binging on fries does not fall in line with your goals.

We’re not going for perfection here. So if you plan on eating well throughout the week and treat yourself to some junk food and a few drinks with friends on a Friday night, that’s all good. But if you have a night out with your friends and you would rather not eat junk and drink booze, let them know and let them know your reasons why.

When it comes to online support communities it’s important that you get in there right away if you are having a bad day or are facing a challenge in achieving your goals. Once again, share your goals, your reasons why, and how they can support you. When you belong to a community of like-minded individuals you will find that they will rally behind you during your times of need and support. They listen and offer wonderful advice. Plus you are gaining support from multiple people all at once. This can be an instant mood booster and provided you with the lift to get you right back on track.

Now it’s time to get out there and let your support group know how they can best support you in your journey to success in business, fitness, and life.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

PS Tomorrow I’ll be showing you a cool and inexpensive piece of equipment that will help you loosen up your tight muscles as well as provide relief for your back.

PPS The Fat Loss Quickie home office fitness program has a wonderful support community of like-minded people that are ready and willing to support you any way that they can. If you want to take it to the next level you can publicly declare your goals in a forum or community of like-minded people. If you are hesitant about the power of public accountability I encourage you to watch this short video clip from my movie “The Change Series”…

Reach Your Goals With Public Accountability

It’s not easy to share your goals with the world, but I encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and go for it. It’s just way to easy to break a promise to yourself. But if you have someone to hold you accountable to seeing your goal through to the end, that promise becomes much more difficult to break.

Here’s a great idea… It’s what has worked well for me and many others. I know that at least a few of the Fat Loss Quickie members have been applying this fun little strategy.

Form a group of five to 10 friends and business associates who are also looking to improve their business, fitness, and life. Share your long-term and short term business, fitness, and life goals with each other. Let each other know what daily and weekly goals that you have set for yourself that will help bring you closer to achieving your bigger and ultimate goals.

At least once a week do a check in with each other and see how you’ve been coming along with your goals and if you need help in achieving them. Then share your goals for the upcoming week and continue until all of you have reached your big goals.

I love to share my goals publicly. I announce my goals in forums and I share them with my daily accountability partner Bob Jenkins. I encourage you to not only announce your goals publicly, but to also surround yourself with a few close friends who are willing to check in with you unannounced.

Take a moment and use this blog post as a way to publicly declare your goals in business, fitness, and life. Come on now… I know you can do it! I’d be more than happy to hold you accountable along your journey to success in all areas of life.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

On Day 2 you changed your focus from fat loss to increased productivity, more energy, more focus, and several other meaningful benefits of home office fitness that are more exciting than fat loss. Now we’re going to take that strategy to the next level…

Vision boards are great for keeping your focus on what you want in life. But it’s not enough to look at it and think positive thoughts about receiving those things that you want. You’ve got to take action toward achieving your goals.

Rather than pasting images of things that I want on a board, I prefer to paste them all around the house… on my desk, next to my alarm clock, and on the bathroom mirror. I use these images as motivation to do my home office workouts.

Before each home office workout or home office cardio session I look at the pictures of what I want and think of how this home office fitness session will help me achieve those ‘wants’ or goals.

For example, I think about how the home office workout will help me get more done in less time and how that will help me generate more revenue with my business so I can purchase a pop-up trailer for my family. We really enjoy camping and a new pop-up trailer would make our camping experiences even more enjoyable.

I think about how this home office fitness session will help improve my energy and physique and how that will improve my networking opportunities at conferences and live events. Lets face it, when you are at a conference you tend to gravitate towards people who have a positive and energetic aura around them. And whether we like to admit it or not, the more fit and attractive a person is, the more likely we are to approach them and start a conversation.

So it’s important to change your focus from fat loss to productivity or networking opportunities, but to really take this to the next level, it helps to have a goal for what your increased productivity and networking opportunities will help you achieve.

What are some of the ‘wants’ that you are looking to achieve? Can you see how increased energy, productivity, focus, and networking opportunities can help you achieve those goals? Can you see how home office fitness will help you achieve those goals?

Not only will home office fitness help you get more done in less time and help you achieve your goals, but they will also help you enjoy those ‘wants’ even more.

I know that having more energy will help me enjoy the camping trips with my family even more. I know that improving my health and appearance through home office fitness will help me enjoy the cruise that I want to take with my family even more.

There are so many ways that you will benefit from home office fitness. It’s almost limitless. So congratulate yourself on taking this home office fitness challenge. You are taking the best steps to achieving the goals in your life and you’ll be able to enjoy those goals even more once you achieve them.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s challenge where I will share a home office cardio session with you.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

As you begin to incorporate home office fitness into your work day I want you to take most of the focus off of fat loss. Fat loss is an excellent secondary benefit of working out, but it should never be your main reason for embarking on this challenge and journey. We want to put the focus on things that are more fun and that get you excited.

Can you get excited about increasing your productivity and getting more done in less time?

Can you get excited about increasing your energy so you can experience greater quality time with your kids or grandchildren and actually keep up with them?

Can you get excited about learning new skills and strategies that will boost your business and increase your profits?

Can you get excited about quiet time to yourself where you can allow your thoughts to wander, get ‘in-tune’ with yourself, and generate creative ideas that will improve your business and life?

It’s important to find those things that will make you effortlessly pull yourself away from your desk to do a fast and fun home office workout. If you only focus on fat loss it’s going to be all too easy to stay seated at your desk and work away.

It’s been a real joy to see how changing the focus has had an impact on many of the Fat Loss Quickie members. I often hear comments like, “Weight loss has always been something that I’ve dreaded, but increasing my productivity is something that I can really get behind.”

There is loads of research that proves that incorporating fitness into your workday will improve the quality of your work, mental performance, time management, and overall get more done in less time so you can do the things that make you happy. So why not use those benefits as a way to propel yourself forward during your home office fitness challenge?

The Secret To Home Office Fitness Success

I have shared my story several times about how I stumbled upon what I believe to be the one true secret to fat loss success. It’s worth repeating so I’ll share it with you here…

A couple of years ago I used to set my alarm for 4:30am so I could get up and go for a walk before I got started with my work day. I found myself hitting the snooze button and skipping my workouts frequently (I’m sure you’ve been there right?). Plus it was the middle of winter here in Canada and my bed felt so warm and cozy.

My main focus for getting out of bed so early to exercise was to lose all the weight that I had gained during my first year of working at home. Losing weight did not excite me. It wasn’t reason enough to get out of bed so early and battle the bitter cold winter air.

I wanted to lose weight, but I just couldn’t find the motivation to get going. That was until one morning when I discovered the secret to fitness success.

I had just signed up for a mentoring program, which also included a bunch of audio coaching on mp3’s. I added the audios to my mp3 player and went out for my walk. Typically I walk for 30 minutes, but as I approached my house I noticed that there was only fifteen minutes remaining in the coaching audio, so I decided to keep walking because the content was so juicy and informative.

Throughout the day I kept thinking to myself, “I can’t wait until my walk tomorrow so I can listen to the next audio in the coaching series.”

The next morning when the alarm went off at 4:30am I jumped out of bed with excitement because I couldn’t wait to see what I was going to learn in today’s mp3.

The secret to fitness success is that success comes when fitness is no longer about weight loss. It comes when fitness is about something much greater than weight loss.

That’s what makes the Fat Loss Quickie Experience so effective. The focus isn’t on weight loss. Yes weight loss is an incredible secondary benefit that occurs when you follow the program, but the primary benefits are much greater.

When I’m doing my Fat Loss Quickie cardio session or workout, it’s not about weight loss. It’s about increasing my energy to carry me through the day. It’s about improving my focus so I can work more efficiently. It’s about skyrocketing my productivity.

All of these primary benefits of home office fitness are what makes sticking to the program so easy. It’s the reason why I don’t just ‘fit in a workout’. Instead I schedule my day around my home office fitness because I know how much of an impact it has on my business, my family, and life.

So what are you going to place your focus on to get you excited about performing your fast fun home office fitness routines? Can you see how this shift in focus will make your home office fitness experience more enjoyable?

Your task for today is to list the things that will excite you enough to take a quickie home office fitness break.

You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,

Scott Tousignant

PS Tomorrow’s topic will be on nutrition and keeping the healthy choices top of mind.

Is it to weigh ‘x’ number of pounds? Is it to achieve a certain level of body fat? Is it to look sexy in a dress? Is it to look great on the beach? Is it to have more energy to play with your children or grandchildren? These answers are OK, but the ultimate reason why you want to lose weight is happiness!

How is it that you lose sight of something so simple? You become more concerned with what you see on the scale, how many calories you’ve consumed in a meal, and how many calories that you’ve burned on the treadmill, and less concerned with the one thing that truly matters… your happiness.

The true reason why want to lose weight is happiness. Having limitless energy to play with your children makes you happy. Seeing your sexy body in the mirror makes you happy. Feeling confident showing of your body on the beach makes you happy.

It’s those rewarding feelings that come with achieving your weight loss goal that you are truly aiming for.

But if happiness is your ultimate goal why do you dread the process? Why do I hear you say, “I hate working out”, “I hate jogging”, “I hate dieting”…

Do you even realize that you are associating the process of creating the body that you desire with such a dreadful word ‘hate’? You are associating your weight loss journey with pain rather than pleasure.

No wonder you never stick to your weight loss program. I wouldn’t either if I hated every second of it.

When you achieve your weight loss goal and experience the all the wonderful emotions that come with it you will be happy. But happiness is not defined by a single moment in time. Happiness is the journey.

In addition to my degree in Kinesiology I also took many courses in psychology and philosophy. One of the philosophy courses that I studied in University was on this very topic of happiness and how we can never truly define happiness until the end of our existence.

The point that I want to drive home to you today is that you don’t have to wait until you reach your weight loss goal in order to be happy. You can be happy in this very moment by enjoying the journey and the process of achieving your goal.

I love quick and intense 10 minute workouts using dumbbells and body weight exercises. I love doing HIIT session where I alternate sprinting and walking for 10 minutes. I also love going for 30 minute bike rides along the country side during the spring, summer, and fall months. I love going for early morning brisk walks during the winter months. I even enjoy the moments where I go a little off course because they provide me with the opportunity to learn more about myself and discover why I respond the way I do under times of stress or boredom.

Did you notice how often I use the word ‘love’? I mean that with all sincerity. I truly love these things. When you are performing the activities that you really enjoy you are more likely to stick to the journey for the long term. The key ingredient to a successful fat loss journey is compliance and consistency. Doing the things that you love will certainly make it much easier to comply with your program on a consistent basis.

Many of my colleagues and friends experience great results using kettlebells, doing Pilates, as well as Yoga. I have tried these fitness methods and found that I did not achieve good results at all. The reason… I didn’t enjoy these forms of training at all. I wasn’t enjoying the journey and therefore my compliance and consistency took a major hit. Yet my friends experienced the same feelings of joy and love for those forms of fitness and that is a major reason why they experienced great results.

Do what you love. Don’t let anyone tell you that a certain form of exercise is better than another. The best exercise program is one that you will enjoy, put the most effort into, and stick with on a consistent basis.

I call my program the Fat Loss Quickie Experience because it’s more than just a workout program. It truly is an experience and one that I enjoy. I hope that you will enjoy it as well. The workouts are fast and fun. That’s the way that I like them. If you love spending hours in the gym chances are you will not enjoy the Fat Loss Quickie Experience and I recommend that you stick to longer programs that you enjoy.

There is more to the Fat Loss Quickie Experience than just the workouts. Exercise is just a part of the fat loss journey. I want you to transform your mind as well as your body. I want you to get in-tune with your body and as well as your thoughts. I want to share in this process with you and guide you step by step along the way. I want to share and celebrate each and every small victory that you experience. I want to watch you grow as a person, living to your full potential, and experiencing life the way it was meant to be lived… in happiness.

The focus of the Fat Loss Quickie Experience is happiness. I will constantly be reminding you that happiness is your ultimate goal. I don’t want you to lose sight of this. If you are feeling unhappy with any aspect of your fat loss journey lets talk about how we can get the happiness back.

I’m here for you and 100% committed to your success. I appreciate the feedback that you send my way. I appreciate your thoughts and opinions. I appreciate you. I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey. It means the world to me.

Have an absolutely amazing day!

Remember… your ultimate goal is always HAPPINESS!

You have all the power in the world to experience the success that you deserve. I’m just here to help you unleash it!

Scroll down to listen to 56 minute audio where I reveal some practical advice that you can begin to implement immediately and experience the mental boost to drive you to fat loss success. This audio is a part of a series dedicated to raising money for the victims of Hurricane Ike. Sincere Hogan is the host of the event and the man who grilled my friend Scott Colby and I on the topic of mindset and motivation and we dished out some great information which I am certain will accelerate your fat loss results.

Here are some of the questions that Sincere asked us…

Creating An Unstoppable Mindset

What are some of the biggest obstacles you find your clients
dealing with in terms of their mindset, when starting a new program?

How do you suggest they overcome their obstacles?

How important is it to have a support system in place? Or is it
even important at all?

What are some techniques you use with your clients in order to
create a success mindset?

Please give examples of you best case studies, especially those who
implemented (or did not implement) your mindset strategies.

How long did the process take for your case study to reach their
initial goals?

What are your steps to proceed after a client has met those goals
and keep them motivated?

What’s more important, motivation or inspiration?

How receptive are those, the client seeks for support, to you and
the client’s strategies for attaining their goals?

What's more important, motivation or inspiration?

How receptive are those, the client seeks for support, to you and
the client's strategies for attaining their goals?

What are your top 3 tips to creating a success mindset?
