Luckily I have learned that the only way to lose weight is to to change your lifestyle. Eat healthy food, exercise and your life changes. I work for a doctor and she is on a diet where she has to take injections every day, not sure what kind of injections, takes about 6 different supplements every day, she takes thyroid medicine, as that also makes you lose weight, and I don&#039;t know what else. She hardly eats. Mostly apples and a shake once a day. She lost 50kg in 7 months. She looks terrific, but how long will she be able to keep the weight off? To me that is such an unhealty diet. And she is a Doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take it slow, eat healthy yummy food, you never starve, cheat once in a while, and you will see the pounds falling off. Not quickly, but steadily. And it stays off.</description>

		<description>This is something I already knew about but great posts and will hopefully make a lot of people think about it. Before I became my mothers care giver, I tried to explain this to a skinny work colleague who was always tired and unwell but she wouldn`t listen. She couldn`t understand that I was overweight but active and healthy, not that I promote being overweight, I don`t. Have lost 10pounds and another 40pounds to go. Yikes. With your inspiration I am getting there albeit slowly.</description>
