Great to be back to the basics! Thanks Scott for this great 10 minute exercice break. Feels good once it's done.

Have an awesome day.

Happy Woman's Day to all women on Earth!

Great quick exercises. I needed some new variety and using my ball these will be a great addition. Gets those tough areas too! Really like Emily's idea above to use these exercises (or one or two of them) one each computer break. We often spend too much time computing without realizing the time has gone by so the timer is awesome to remind me. Anxious to get back to you with my results.

Nice video, Scott. I do my regular progressive resistance training every other day in the gym (I'm a Rob Poulos workout fan). However, I'm often at home working on translations or music arrangements at the computer, and the hours slip unnoticed until your neck cramps up. Now I've decided to implement something from your office workout every half hour when I'm working at home (I just set my computer clock to chime on the half hour). As you said, it gets the blood flowing and makes for a good break, which in turn leads to fresh ideas and better productivity. I work seated on an exercise ball and have some 5 kg dumbbells under the desk, so everything is close at hand.

BTW, nice to hear your Canadian "out" - it's a taste of home. I live in Italy and rarely come in contact with Canadians here!
