I&#039;m 16 and ate even significantly more junk than u on my cheat day and it feels like I take a step backwards on cheat day because of what the mirror reveals this morning on fast day. But we&#039;ll see what happens.</description>

Joel mentioned to me that at the most you could do one extra cycle... after that you hit a point of diminishing returns.

I&#039;ll be continuing to post my pictures each week leading up to my July 3rd beach vacation to show my continued progress.</description>

For example doing your quickie fatloss workouts but still staying the course of the cheat,fast,shake,mod carb,depletion do you think you could still get pretty good results?</description>

		<description>It&#039;s definitely a lot of water... remember that I worked out 3 times this day and it&#039;s 90 degrees out, so a lot of it was sweated out ;)
