		<description>I&#039;m going to be posting about yesterdays experience when I return from my 20 minute HIIT session...

...basically, something weird happened during yesterday&#039;s cheat day. I kept looking better and better as the day went on even though I was eating junk. I looked better at the end of the day than I did in the pictures above.

Today I&#039;m doing awesome on the fast, but it&#039;s only noon ;)

		<description>well I feel ya Scott..I am on my 4th cycle started at 201and am right around 190..its working fine for me but it is not a get ripped diet! never did they say this is a 6 pack diet..I believe it is a kickstart xtreme weight and fat loss diet...I like it but will go back to Toms suggestions as well..as he wrote in his Holy Grail..enjoy the rest of the 25 days..I got 8 to go!

Randy... as for my cheat day... have you read what I ate both those cheat days? Pretty gluttonous if you ask me ;) I couldn&#039;t eat any more without feeling absolutely stuffed and we are advised not to do that.

Today I&#039;ve had two max size Kit Kat bars, a large bowl of ice cream, some chips, a Tim Hortons Iced Cappuccino with chocolate milk, and lots of starchy carbs.

It is funny how I look even better right now than when I took the pictures this morning ;)</description>

		<description>Scott, I can definitely see a big difference in your abs this week than from last week.  Your abs are getting more defined.  Good job!!  I was a little disappointed this morning when I weighed myself on an empty stomach.  I only lost 1.5lbs considering last week I had lost 7.5lbs during the 1st cycle, but I did manage to lose another 1/2&quot; from my waist.  But that was the only place where I lost it.  The rest of my measurements stayed the same, considering the amount of work I put in.  I was hoping to at least lose from my inner thighs which are my problem areas, expecially during the summer when I wear shorts and my thighs rub against each other. Well, at least thats a total of 9 lbs I&#039;ve lost, which I still think is mostly water weight and 1&quot; off from my belly.  Well, lets see how cycle 3 goes for me.  Today is also my cheat day, which I haven&#039;t cheated as much as I did on the first 2 cycles, but I did have lasagna with garlic bread and tiramisu for lunch and breakfast was french toast with glazed strawberries, cinnamon and whipped cream.  Tasted like a strawberry shortcake!!  It was very delicious and I really enjoyed every bite of it.  For dinner I think I&#039;ll just have a protein shake with peanut butter.</description>
